A minimalist design by Pitch Architecture, this new home is nestled amongst the treetops, a 5 minute drive to the back and front beaches. Relaxing ambience and tranquility awaits your beach lifestyle.

Sleeping up to 8 people, the home has 3 bedrooms as well as an open study/TV room with fold out double sofa bed. 2.5 bathrooms. Sparkling hostess kitchen, gorgeous main family bathroom. 2 alfresco entertaining decks. Garage with table tennis and sofa. Heating & Air Conditioning & keyless entry.

House is a new build in 2016. Oak flooring soft underfoot. Downlights in all rooms, natural light from double glazed windows & sliding doors with fly wire to decks. Block out roller blinds in all rooms. AirCon & Heating vents in all rooms.

Clothes line to hang clothes outside. Washer & Dryer in separate laundary

The garage has a nice big 3 seater leather sofa and ping pong table!

I grew up in Melbourne and spent long Summer days on the Mornington Peninsula as a kid.

Why they chose this property

The house is my ideal location. It is 5 a minute drive to both back & front beaches, quiet cul de sac away from tourists. I leave doors open so ocean breeze flows around house.

Sounds of parakeets at twilight and sun setting creates a zen vibe.

What makes this property unique

5 min drive to Peninsula Hot Springs, or Dunes Golf Links and 15-20minutes to Main Ridge goat farms, Johnny Ripe Apple & Olive Farms and much more.

Need coffee? The house is a 200m walk to Peninsula Pantry gourmet cafe.

My favourite places 'hidden gems' are to Picnic at Lavendar Hill next to Sorrento Sailing club or walk along Coppins Track from Diamond Bay to Sorrento.
