4 guest max - If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. This 1st floor condo, It has a full kitchen, and refrigerator. All kitchen utensils are provided. It is large, comfortable, quaint and cozy with 2 queen size beds. It also has an outdoor patio area where you can eat breakfast or sit outside on a starry night. A/C mini split, streaming tv. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community.
Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Perfect perfect for a quick trip to Truro or Ptown

I stayed in this condo for two nights. It was very clean and convenient With a quick drive to beaches and downtown Ptown. The full kitchen was great to buy groceries and not have to eat out all the time. The beds were very comfortable.

Was exactly what we expected and as shown. Our second night was hard to sleep with the neighbors above us parting at 2am woke me and my 5 and 3 year old up so next time i would probably get the second floor to limit noise above. Overall happy with our stay.
