Good Location

Property was clean and nice inside. It was in a good location for walking - close to a marina and Clam Bayou Nature Preserve and a cute waterfront area with restaurants and shops. Great for my dog as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Fun stay

The house was clean, although the outside area didn’t look like it did on the website. It was a little smaller than anticipated, and we had some trouble with the hot water being consistent. Otherwise, it was a great neighborhood that felt safe and comfortable. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean!

The house was cute and cozy and pretty much everything was as described. The beds were super comfy. We love the Gulfport area and this house is in a friendly neighborhood close to walking trails, the marina, and the restaurants and shops downtown Gulfport. It is just a short drive to the beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. Not having direct access from our unit to the shared outdoor space proved to be disappointing. Even though there were two entries to the space, it was so awkward to get to that we didn't make much use of it. John was a great host. We had an air conditioning issue that he addressed promptly, and we were not inconvenienced whatsoever. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in gulfport, fla

The vacation rental was fresh and clean, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were particularly fond of the outdoor grill and dining area, which allowed us to make the most of the beautiful weather. The convenience of having laundry facilities on-site was also a major plus. The location was ideal - a peaceful and quiet retreat, yet still within easy reach of all the attractions and activities that Gulfport has to offer. This home was super cute and had just the right amount of space for our family of four. It was well-stocked with plenty of towels and thoughtful amenities. The yard wasn’t directly accessible from the house—you have to go out the front door and around the corner to reach it, along with the laundry area. The floors could have been a bit cleaner, so we kept our shoes or socks on indoors. We did trip the kitchen outlet (as mentioned in the listing), but the host’s response was incredibly quick and helpful! Would definitely stay again.
