We are two senior travelers and we stayed in this property for a week in the latter part of September 2026. The accommodations were comfortable, well-equipped for families, and the view of the water was extraordinary. The location allowed us to drive from nearby to up to 1.5 hours to points of interest around the island. Many thanks to Tanya for helping to make our vacation so relaxing.

Such a peaceful location watching the sunsets over the harbour. You feel away from in all yet very central to many excellent restaurants and beaches. The owner left us some gift certificates that we gratefully put to good use and discovered some gems. Very well provision kitchen which I really appreciate. Thanks for the great week!

One of the best appointed properties I’ve stayed in. The location is away from the crowds, the facilities nice, beach chairs you can borrow, a terrific washer and dryer and good fans for the heat.

Beautifully located rustic property with huge outdoor space, incredible sunsets, and private location with easy access to pools, beaches, ocean, Cavendish, and the Rustico area. An ideal place to visit after 25 years away from the island.

The terrible weather we had biased me. Could not use any of the property's resources. Heating was also an issue, as were the power outages.

wonderful 2 weeks stay

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was bigger than in the pictures, and well equiped. The highlight is the location: the view is amazing, and the access to the beach is wonderful with the kids. The pool was under renovation during our stay, so we couldn't access it.

Amazing View, Great Location

Really enjoyed our week's stay at this clean, comfortable cottage. Property has an amazing view over New London bay! Excellent location on the island, close to great national park beaches, lovely farmland, excellent restaurants. Enjoyed strolling on the property beach and using the heated community pool. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful. Home is thoughtfully appointed with comfortable beds and powerful shower. Make sure to eat at the Blue Mussel café, at Richards and to buy seafood at Gallants in Stanley Bridge! This is a special property and we hope to come back again!

Super quiet Ocean beach cottage, big kitchen, cozy, Ocean access, all amenities. Great communication with Owner. A bit of a long dirt drive 3 km to location with rope speed bumps. Can't comment on clubhouse and pool it was already closed for Season.
