From the owner: Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the home’s convenient location near St. Phillips Plaza. We aim to provide a comfortable and well-located place to stay, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We had a great stay here! The master bed is so comfy and cozy! Super close to restaurants, etc.
Was just a little noisy with the construction going on but didn’t affect us too much.
Clean, well equipped property. Great beds and linens. Nice kitchen. Handy location next to Rillito River trails. Loved watching the sunrise and the Mountain View.
Loved the location!! Right off the loop! Showers were very poor not much pressure and not hot enough. Drain in the 1st bathroom was terrible in the shower
This well maintained property was comfy. There is a lot of construction going on. However it was not noisy.

Good choice
This is a very nice unit, well-situated to see many great sights in the Tuscon area. There are several restaurants within minutes and a Trader Joe's for shopping right around the corner. Plenty of parking. The unit itself is well stocked with comfortable beds, plenty of towels and kitchen items. The shower in the main bath was a little disappointing - very low pressure and only warm water. Not the best way to start the day. Otherwise, we highly recommend this rental. Don't miss the drive to the top of Mt. Lemmon- stunning!

Under Construction
Unfortunately we were not able to complete our stay at this property because the complex is under construction directly across the street (very noisy) and the exterior of the unit itself was being painted - including masking all the exterior windows and patios. The unit should not have been rented out at this time.Note that the hostess does not live in the area and no one is onsite to effectively manage property or provide assistance. Very poor communication from the hostess, despite numerous attempts to reach out to her. Finally received a partial refund after weeks of attempted resolution with Evolve and VRBO.

The condo was clean and spacious. The mountain view was nice, but it's not a clear view of the mountains (you have to look above the buildings in front of you). The ad listed games but there were no games, The kitchen was not well stocked at all, definitely the least well-stocked of all the VRBOs we've stayed at. Salt, pepper, coffee, and powdered creamer were the only food items provided. The light above the stovetop was not working and there were not enough kitchen hand towels, no kitchen wash cloths, and no dish drainer. One of the master bedroom sink plungers was not attached. Granted these could be considered minor issues, but the lack of hot water was unacceptable. It took a very long time for the water to get warm enough to shower in, and then it just barely dripped out of the showerhead in the master bath. Communication with the manager left a lot to be desired. We came in late in the evening after a long road trip and it took a while to actually find the condo. To get in, I was supposed to use the last four digits of my phone #. When I punched in the code to unlock the door, it would not unlock. I tried multiple times, even trying an old cell phone # and my home #, Finally, I called the manager. She was not very friendly or helpful, acting like I was stupid for not knowing I had to press an additional button after putting in the code. It was decent enough, but some issues would need to be resolved before I would recommend it.
