Welcome to your dream home away from home! Our 4 Bed stunning house, nestled in a prime location, is now available for rent. Whether you're here for work, study, or a getaway, this residence offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Parking - 4 cars

Immerse yourself in luxury with our thoughtfully curated furniture and decor. Every detail has been considered to make your stay not just comfortable but exceptional.

Guests are required to place garbage and recycling at the curb as instructed. Failure to do so will result in a $60 charge for private city pickup.

AC fan should always be on Auto and when you leave the house please leave it at 24 and auto

Please note: The hot tub will be functional starting mid-April due to extreme weather conditions.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Please run the dishwasher and return any moved items to their original spots. Clean the BBQ if used, and place all kitchen items back as found.
Kindly leave used towels in the laundry area before checkout. **Please switch off the AC when you leave
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put the garbage and recycling bins out Thursday evening, and return them Friday after collection.
Recycling is collected every Thursday night; garbage is collected every other Thursday. We'll remind you when it's time.
🚨 Failure to do so will result in a $75 fee, as private waste pickup costs $575. Thanks for helping us avoid this!

The hot tub was frozen solid so that was a bit disappointing. Also there were definitely not 4 spots for cars but we ended up parking on the street and luckily didn't get a ticket.

Happy to report that it will be up and running from Feb 16, 2026. Regarding the driveway, the heavy snow reduced the parking space more than anticipated. A lovely home that was perfect for our stay

We stayed here for a couple of days while we were attending a funeral in Cambridge. What an oasis coming to this beautiful home after a long drive from Indiana and during this sad occasion. This is easily one of the best places we have ever stayed at! It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, spacious for all of us, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner is super accommodating and quick to respond. We absolutely will come back if we need a place to stay in the area, and will recommend it to others as well. Sister Getaway

Property is clean and the tree covered deck is star of the show. The living room is a bit tight for seating, but we had folding chairs so it was manageable. Kitchen is decently equipped, even though it is tiny. Dining table had plenty of room. Bedrooms were good. The 2 sisters who slept in the front bedrooms suggested window coverings that were more room darkening might be beneficial. Host was fabulous, from the beginning when we had issues with the door lock (which was completely OUR fault and not the host at all) to the coffemaker, to the forgotten item, communication was fast and information was clear. Was a lovely,quiet spot for our sister getaway

Great location, decent house

The house was sufficient for what we needed. Seems like the property may be part way through being renovated. Still needs some patch work on the walls, paint and new shower upstairs. Living area and dining area are small for the number of people that can stay here, needs more seating. Otherwise, the host was kind, responsive and helpful. And the home was comfortable for our family of four.

Picking up University Kid for Christmas Break

This was my first ever stay in a short term rental so I was a little nervous, but this property did not disappoint! It was spacious, immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. My mom was even able to come with me to pick up my daughter from University and we had a very fun girls weekend. We were so much more rested than if we had've stayed at a hotel because we could each have our own rooms, so therefore we had so much more fun. The price was so rea that we were able to stay for two nights and make an entire weekend of it. This property is also located a short distance from Cambridge Place Mall and also not to far from the scenic and historic downtown waterfront. There is a large deck out back and a fenced yard in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property manager was very quick to reply to any questions, very polite and even had the cleaner leave us extra linens and towels. I highly recommend this property!
