This warm sunny villa will make you take full advantage of the climate that Provence offers. With its terrace, barbecue and private pool, you will enjoy the calm of the site. Located 13 km from Cavaillon and 24 km from Avignon, you can also discover the local sites and culture.

- 3 bedrooms, for the first 1 large double bed, the 2nd 1 double bed and 1 baby bed, the last 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
- 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and a sink attached to bedroom 1 to the other with 1 bath and 2 sinks, the toilets are separate.
- A fully equipped American kitchen (cutlery, crockery, oven, fridge, dishwasher).
- A terrace with 1 garden, 1 garden furniture, 1 standing station and 1 barbecue.

A fantastic property and host. Everything was spotless on arrival. The kitchen was had all possible utensils. The best BBQ ive ever used. Pool was lovely and a 5 minute walk to the bakery. We've stayed in many villas and tge We will be returning.

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans cette maison.Le descriptif et les photos reflètent la réalité.La maison est impeccablement tenue et tout est pensé pour votre confort.La propriété est sécurisée par un portail et bénéficie d’un grand parking à l’avant.Les lits offrent un grand confort, notamment les lits électriques.Catherine et son conjoint sont accueillants et sympathiques. L'arrivée s'est déroulée facilement. Le village est accessible facilement à pied et vous y trouverez notamment des boulangeries, un magasin d'alimentation, pharmacie, pizzeria.... La gare est également très proche (10 minutes à pied) et permet de se rendre très facilement à Avignon (30 minutes) ou au marché de l'Isle sur la Sorgue le dimanche matin (5 minutes). Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans cette location.

Maison très confortable, parfaitement équipée, il ne manquait vraiment rien. Les hôtes étaient accueillants, à l’écoute et disponibles. Le grand jardin et la belle piscine ont rendu le séjour très agréable. Nous voyagions avec notre chien, et le terrain entièrement clôturé était parfait pour cela. Une adresse que je recommande sincèrement.

Alles perfect verlopen, enige minpunt is temperatuur van zwembad met kleine kinderen was op gegeven moment maar 20 graden. Verwarmen is wel noodzakelijk indien mogelijk. Anders een perfecte plek om vakantie te hebben met gezin.

Un Excellent Séjour

Echanges avec les propriétaires très chaleureux depuis notre réservation et jusqu’à notre départ ! La maison est très propre, au calme, avec de très beaux équipements TV/électro-ménager. La piscine est le joyau de la maison, très bien entretenue et dotée de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour en profiter (bains de soleil, accessoires, etc.). Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine !

Excellent séjour

Très bonne expérience dans la maison de Catherine. La maison est propre, très bien équipée. L'extérieur est aussi très bien avec les terrasses, la piscine et le jardin. Le village du Thor est accessible à pied, un marché et quelques petits commerces s'y trouvent. Nous y avons séjourné à 7 avec 2 enfants de 5 ans et un bébé. Nous avons été bien accueillis, et nous sommes sentis chez nous. Une très bonne expérience. Merci !

Logement suffisamment spacieux et espaces extérieurs bien aménagés pour des vacances reposantes. Plusieurs transats. Remplissage piscine et arrosage jardin automatisés. Possibilité de toujours trouver de l'ombre ou du soleil autours de la maison. Nombreux accessoires de jeu pour la piscine sont mis à disposition. Propriétaire très réactive pour les questions survenues en cours de séjour.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Wir waren vier Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (0 & 2) und ein Hund. Beim Check-in wurden wir sehr nett von Catherine empfangen. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben sogar ein richtiges Kinderbett (ohne Schlupfsprossen) und einen Laufstall bekommen. Der Pool war praktischerweise mit einem Zaun umgeben, sodass unser Hund nicht in diesen Bereich kam. Die Poolleiter konnte man auch einfach entfernen, sodass unser Sohn nicht alleine ins Wasser springen konnte. Sonnenschirme sind auch mehrere vorhanden! Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und es hat an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Der riesige Kühlschrank hatte einen Eiswürfelbereiter was bei Temperaturen um die 35°C sehr praktisch war. Die Bäder waren zwar stärker verkalkt aber das bringt die Wasserhärte in den südlicheren Regionen einfach mit sich. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich noch ein kleiner Bereich in dem man Boule spielen kann, die Kugeln dafür hat uns Catherine gestellt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der einen Woche in der wir dort waren sind wir maximal eine Stunde zur "Pont du Gard" gefahren und hatten noch lange nicht alles anschauen können was die Umgebung bietet. 3-5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein guter Bäcker und Gemüse-/Obst-Laden. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthaltsort.

Location de très bonne qualité et très bien équipée, la clim et la piscine ont été très appréciées lors des jours de grosses chaleurs. Lieu au calme idéalement situé par rapport à l'Isle sur la Sorgue accessible facilement à vélo. proche aussi d'Avignon (30min) ou nous avons pu profiter du festival. La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique, efficace et de bon conseil sur des idées de visite. Nous recommandons.

nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette maison entièrement équipée pour le confort des vacanciers. La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. A recommander vivement en couple ou en famille.
