This is a cozy guesthouse behind a single-family home. It has offstreet parking, is ina quiet neighborhood, and is close to University Avenue and walkable to Vaught-Hemingway stadium. Perfect for our needs! Full-size kitchen and back patio with dining area was lovely. Very comfy bed!

Great location and accommodations

Andrea was very easy to converse with. Perfect size for one or two people. Check in was easy - no complicated door entry or exit. Very clean and comfortable - also has a "traditional" coffee maker and a Keurig, which you don't often see. She provided several coffee/tea/sweetener etc options. Roku TV was easy to operate. Also a nice wooden deck and patio setup just off the kitchen. I'd definitely stay again! I'm an Ole Miss alum, and the Square and campus are not far away. Easy access to South Lamar and University Avenue.
