Boat launch and rental are both available at Eagle Lake Marina.

Fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges/freezers as well as a miniature bar fridge, an electric stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee bar with both a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine, standalone ice maker, and automated milk frother. Features in-house laundry room.

2 large family rooms, each with their own large smart TV and gas fireplace. Access to Netflix account and Disney Plus and Prime TV applications.

Enjoy the massive 900 sq ft deck featuring a spacious sectional sofa with a propane-powered fire table, as well as sun loungers, and a large outdoor dining area overlooking the lake. Outdoor BBQ with drop-in griddle perfect for large family breakfasts.

Lower level walkout to 6-person hot tub. Other recreational equipment available such as canoe and kayak and stand-up paddle board. An 8-person inflatable island with built-in coolers, cupholders, and a beer pong table. Volleyball net, horseshoes, Firepit and Bocce balls available
