Located within Rye’s peaceful easy-going pocket, near the front and back beaches and a 500m stroll to a great coffee at Peninsula Pantry, this cosy beach house is perfect for a family, couples or a girls’ weekend. Featuring all the essential mod-cons - air conditioning, excellent heating, a well-equipped kitchen, luxe bedding, plus table tennis and a firepit in the private, fully fenced backyard. Pet friendly (on request). Kick back, relax, sleep well and enjoy the seaside air.

• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Small house-trained non-shedding or outside only pets are welcome at this property, on request.
• Property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults.

All in all very good Felt there was too much furniture stuff not needed Both queen beds were way too soft. Needed a broom to sweep the floors and there was none available.

Great Location

The holiday home is close to the beach. Great comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and lovely out door environment. We all had a very enjoyable holiday.
