Our guests are from both New Zealand and overseas and either stay at Fernhill as a base in the country, yet only 5 minutes to shopping malls, restaurants and cinemas. Our guests are either on holiday, waiting for their home to be built or renovating.
I love getting to know our guests and helping them with local knowledge.

We love living in Coatesville, it's such a desirable suburb with cafes, pony club, primary school and a bustling country market once a month. We are inly 5 mins from a large mall with and a huge range of restaurants. we are only 15 mins to a choice of many east coadt beaches
