The condo complex was a great location and close to everything. The condo itself had the best location in the complex right on the water in the bayside. Highly recommend.

Gulf and Bay Bayside 1389

Overall, this is a great place! Location and views were perfect. There were 2 things that need to be looked at- the sliding glass doors don't close properly leaving an open gap and when the temperature dips down, it gets chilly in there! The other is the AC/Heat vents and bathroom vent could use a good cleaning. Other than those 2 things, this is the perfect place! Well stocked with everything you need! We truly loved our time there. Communication was great! We will definitely be back!

Okay

Very disappointing. Door frames windows sliding door jams deckcing all filthy. As you look out at the view you cant help but be distracted with the dirt. we arrived a lamp was tipped over the refrigator water did not work and a used condem was found on the floor. We reported this immediately and clearners came back to clean i will not be back
