Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the open concept with new appliances and Island with sink and Large flat screenTV. Very cozy and homey. A/C worked great, and ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice place to stay and beach is a 3 min walk away!! Not sure why there wasn't any dish soap, dish washer detergent, silverware, or salt and pepper. I cooked a lot of meals for money saving. Nice stay!

Great beach vacation

Great location. Easy beach access, and walking distance to the Village. Clean property. Would rent again. A few feedback items: When we arrived the dryer was unplugged. I did not think much of it, until the 4th day of our stay when I went to use it. The dryer vent was not connected and lint was blowing into the laundry room and the dryer would not heat. I did call the rental company who placed a service order. The service was completed after check out which I understand as a part had to be ordered. I think that feedback regarding the repair person having been to the house and what the plan was would have been nice in real time rather than me emailing the day we checked out to follow up. The unit was nice. The pillow top of mattress has permanent indentations in it and we turned it a quarter turn so as not to have to lay in the divets in the pillow top. Not sure of the occupancy of unit one but they had 4 cars parked out front which made getting to the back parking area challenging. It is challenging enough to back in or out of that area without a vehicle taking up some of the lane. Thank you

Super cute!

We really liked staying here! It was SO close to the beach & also to a trolley stop. The house was so cute, very clean & modern inside. It looks way better inside than outside. One complaint I have is that the door is opened by a lock code/keypad. Once you’re inside, there are 2 locks you can turn but they don’t lock the door from the inside. This was an issue with small kids because there really isn’t a way to lock in. The kids can just turn the handle & the door opens up. It’s a little scary being close to the road. Also, we felt it was kind of odd for the property to not supply basic items like laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. We had to buy toilet paper for our 3 night stay as there was about 1/4 of a roll when we arrived. There was a broom for sweeping, but I think a basic hard-floor vacuum would be smart to have for guests to use to help clean up. It’s also kind of odd that the property agreement says “the house should be left in ready-to-rent condition”. Everywhere else I have stayed before has instructions for where to leave towels, sheets, etc for the housekeeping to wash to ensure good hygiene for the next guests. We just washed the stuff we used ourselves & had to purchase detergent. It was kind of hard to get the house rent-ready in the morning when we had to be at the airport at 730am with kids. Overall, we really enjoyed the location & the look of the place. I would stay again if the lock situation was straightened out.

The place was just as described. Access to the beach was great and also a short walk into the center for food, shops and the like. Internet was out more than it was in, and we needed to buy some basics to use while there, but overall was a fun week!

This property is right across the street from the beach and beach access 11. It is also not far at all from all the restaurants and shopping. It was very clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable, and it was updated. Great value! I would stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the beach. No beach supplies other than a wagon are supplied, so be sure to bring your own chairs etc. Parking is very very tight, big vehicles could be a problem, and wifi was intermittent. But overall we loved the availability of the trolley to take us around without having to move our car or pay to park. It was perfect for what we wanted and would definitely recommend and stay again!

I’m in LOVE with this place!

This is my second year renting this property, and have been happy both times. Easy rental GREAT experience with rental check in LOCATION. It’s old BUT updated and CLEAN. Affordable and just love easy and convenience of it. Wanna rent it every spring.

We loved the location. However the sheets didn’t fit the beds. Not very many supplies available. Number of dishes were insufficient and most were chipped. Internet was did not consistently working. Manager didn’t ask if we had what we needed.

Definitely a great value across the street from the beach! Parking is one spot per and as long as all units are considerate this works well. My last night at 4am one of the other units renters was sprawled across the hood of my car. I came out and they ran into their unit. Nothing on the owner. Just hope they got a bad tenet review.

We would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect, right across the street to the beach and within a 10-15 min walk to the village with restaurants and shopping. The trolly stop is also right near the property if you don’t want to walk. The beach is gorgeous and clean. The condo was impeccable and clean. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior! We had some minor issue and the property management company was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need. They supply you with beach chairs, a cooler and shade umbrellas. They thought of everything. The entire unit was extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay! We can’t wait to go back!

Terrible experience with parking. Manager lied indicating there is people administering on place. No one showed up. Poor identification for parking locations. Other guests brought more then 1 car and took our parking spot. The stay was good and unit was cleaned.

Great place to stay!

Way roomier than what the pictures look like. Super clean, updated, and has the softest and most comfortable beds - including the pullout/Murphy bed!! Also had a gigantic walk-in closet that head all 7 pieces of luggage with plenty of room to spare. Right across the street from the beach, and a short ~10 minute walk or quick (free) trolley ride to the Village. We were so happy with this rental and highly recommend it!!
