Located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Ponton, just a short drive from Aruba's best beaches, this townhome offers both tranquility and convenience.

The backyard is a serene oasis where you can relax, swim in the pool, and enjoy the Aruban weather. The pool has stairs and a depth of 3 feet, dropping to 5 feet. Complete with an outdoor shower, a dining area, and a seating area with a retractable garden umbrella, it's the perfect space to unwind. The property also includes a laundry/storage room with a washer and dryer for your convenience on the side of the house.

Inside, the open living area on the ground floor is bright and spacious, with large sliding doors leading to the backyard. It features a large TV, a 3-seat sofa with chaise longue plus 2 extra armchairs, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island sink.
