The house was the perfect size for our group the 4 bedrooms 3 baths made things comfortable for our group. They had a variety of snacks upon arrival which was really nice. We ran out of dish washer pods but our host was quick to bring more and added an treat for all of us. It was a great location. Not too far to shops etc., but in a very quiet neighborhood with little traffic.

Great stay!

This house is the perfect spot if you’re in town for a tournament at 60 Acres Park. Even when traffic builds up you can breeze through the neighborhoods. It’s also super convenient to Redmond as well as Seattle and the surrounding areas. The house itself is great too - it has everything you need and the bathrooms are all updated. The games were a great bonus - the kids had countless cornhole and connect 4 tournaments!!

Great Place and location for our family gathering. Few minor issues like leaking shower door and hot/Cold reversed on washing machine but overall it worked great for our families to come together and spend time. Plenty of space for everyone.

The property was perfect for two small groups in town for wedding. Kitchen was well stocked. A few ants in bathroom and lower level bedroom but overall very clean. We did not use the bonus game room. Great communication and follow up from host.

Enjoyed the open space and convenience of this location. Good amenities and it was nice to have space for our guests to park. We did encounter a few maintenance issues (e.g., broken curtain rod, leaky shower), but nothing major to deter the overall enjoyment. This house was perfect for our needs! It is centrally located and within 10 minutes of every place we needed to be. Sadly, we were in town for a funeral, but this place was so nice to come back to every night. Our family could all be together, then have our own separate space to sleep. Rama was super responsive to our needs and checked on us several times throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Our visit exceeded all our expectations! The home is in a quiet neighborhood which is located perfectly to navigate Kirkland and beyond. So easy to hop on freeways or use local streets. Wonderful shopping center with everything we needed just down the road less than a mile. Rama was so attentive and responsive with letting us know the answers to questions. And the playhouse was a favorite. We could sit on the deck and listen to them play foosball in the playhouse or watch them play with all the lawn games he had available. My personal favorite was the rainfall showerheads he has installed during his renovations. The water was hot and plentiful - everyone wanted to use my shower!Thank you Rama for being aich a wonderful host!

Look no further! The greatest stay in the Seattle area!

To call it a “stay” is an understatement. It was a whole experience! Rama took such great care of us and the house contains so many fun games. We walked in to a VERY clean house, and Rama even left us some complimentary snacks! Great water pressure, beautiful patio and large driveway! Absolute care free experience and we really got to enjoy ourselves without worrying about any issues! If ever back in the Seattle area, I am coming straight here.

We had a lovely time at this vacation rental. Our family was able to celebrate Christmas together. The house was spacious and matched the pictures in the posting. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating. We had a couple questions when we arrived and he answered them immediately and was able to help us with a few things.

The outside appearance of the home is not good, arrived to grass knee high. The home would really benefit from having some outside furniture, has great deck but no where to sit outside.

Too expensive for what it was

We were looking for an Education Hill home large enough to house our two families, and in that respect we got what we expected. Many items of furniture were cheap and of poor quality: the living room coffee table in particular wobbled like it was about to fall over. The rental fee and additional fees were exorbitant. The home was clean, in a convenient neighborhood for us, and it was nice to have a backyard for the kids; however, we would not stay here again.

The house is charming but felt a bit small for our group of eight adults. One of the bedrooms had a sofa bed that didn’t function properly and was not so clean, and the upstairs bedroom was difficult to cool, the AC unit wasn't quite strong enough for that space. Thankfully, the weather was cooler in the evenings. It's also worth noting that none of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; all are located outside the rooms, which was particularly inconvenient for the master bedroom.On the positive side, the kitchen was excellent, well-equipped with quality appliances and plenty of supplies.The game room, located in a separate structure from the main house, looked fun and well-stocked, though we didn’t end up using it. Personally, I would have preferred that space be used as an additional bedroom.The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.The property manager, Rama, was fantastic, very responsive, friendly, and quick to address issues. When we reported the broken sofa bed, he promptly brought over two high-quality inflatable mattresses to accommodate us.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the house is better suited for groups of six or fewer, especially if you don’t mind having bathrooms located outside the bedrooms.
