The charming townhouse is beautifully furnished and across the road from the awesome white sand beach and pier. Amenities include entire townhouse, air conditioning. king beds that can be split to two singles. Smart TV so guests can use their Netflix or Disney accounts. Free internet which is fibre and fast. Full kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer, All the mod cons for a lovely new townhouse. Dish washer and microwave. Bathrooms have heated towel rails. Master bedroom on the 2nd level. Kitchen/Lounge on first floor and ground level has the 2nd bedroom. Office desk and lovely balcony.

Immaculate property. Very comfortable.

Sea view. Close to the beach. Love the washing machine drier and the dishwasher. Comfy beds.

We enjoy the beach and wanted a beach home we could visit on a regular basis and thought other people would love to visit too. We found a brand new build townhouse in the perfect spot across the road from the white sand beach and pier. Only 14 minutes drive from the CBD of Christchurch.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy the Saturday markets with unique items and great food. There is a Club that you can attend as a visitor for music and a meal. The beach is of course the biggest attraction - white sand and the famous New Brighton pier to walk down. Hot pools right on the beach at sunset is a special experience.

What makes this property unique

Location is key - our property is right across the road from the beach. The balcony is positioned to enjoy your meal or drink looking at the sun set over the beach or sunrise in the morning. Alot of time and care was taken to furnish our property. Plush pillow top mattresses for comfort, and all new furnishings and amenities to enjoy.
