Welcome to Woodward House, a spacious holiday home located in Taupo, set up for extended families or large groups to holiday together. This property features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests comfortably.

With its ample space both indoors and outdoors, Woodward House offers a perfect retreat for your extended family or group. The highlight of this holiday home is its breathtaking views over Taupo and the lake in one direction, and Mount Tauhara in the other, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay.

The first floor living area is bright and spacious, furnished with comfort in mind. The simple yet stylish decor ensures that the views remain the focal point of the home. Open the sliding glass doors and step into the conservatory, where you can enjoy the stunning vista regardless of the weather.

For those who love to cook, Woodward House offers a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ, allowing you to self-cater during your Taupo getaway. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with queen size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct balcony access, allowing you to soak in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there is a bunk room on this floor.

Downstairs, two bunk rooms are perfectly set up for the kids, ensuring everyone has their own space. In addition to the master ensuite, Woodward House features a family bathroom on each floor, with the top floor boasting a corner spa bath for ultimate relaxation. The ping-pong table will provide hours of fun for young & old.

The upstairs level of the home has a ducted gas heating system. There are heaters provided for the downstairs level.

Bedding configuration is - UPSTAIRS: 1x Queen, 1x Queen,1x Queen. DOWNSTAIRS: 1x Bunk with Single over Double, 4x Single Bunk beds. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room. Maximum 18 guests allowed.

We provide professionally-laundered bedding and towels.

Please note - There are security cameras at the entrances and exits of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged. The BBQ must be left clean.

No smoking and no pets allowed.
