Gorgeous family Bach in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Lake with lots of room for everyone over two levels. Wi-Fi and Linen are also included for your convenience.



This family home is spread over two levels with the living, bathroom and three of the bedrooms on one floor with two further bedrooms and another bathroom on the lower level, off the *garage. Perfect for the whole family that wants to get away from the city.



The home has Five bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed

• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed

• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Size Bed

• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Size Bed

• Bedroom 5: 1 Queen Size Bed



The lounge opens out to the views from the large bi-fold doors onto a roomy deck looking out over Little Acacia Bay, and from French doors to the sheltered rear deck with a BBQ and more outdoor furniture. The living area has a large heat pump and seating options plus Wi-Fi is included.



The open plan kitchen has all the mod-cos and there is a large dining setting perfect for catching up with family.



The section is large with ample parking for cars and boats, and the boat ramp is a mere 150 meters from the house. The garage is not available for parking



Larte café and ceramic/gift shop just a few minutes drive away and there are many lovely bush walks and bike tracks nearby.



Highchair and cot are available for use at the property



A small outside dog may be allowed by negotiation at this property but please be aware it is not fenced.

No parties or large group gatherings permitted – this is a quiet residential area

This home has internal stairs, climbing hazards and is near the Lake so may not be suitable for toddlers.

Nice home with great views

Really great location just out of town and really nice views. House could have been a little cleaner and we were disappointed in a few blown light bulbs, a few blowflies, the BBQ not working, the fireplace not being allowed to be used and the wifi dropping out. Otherwise, a lovely place for a large family get together.

A well equipped house in a lovely location close to the lake.

A great getaway with our young adult children - plenty of privacy because of number of bedrooms, and great communal space. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice views of lake and easy walk down to nice little beach.

Great Location and Spacious home

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was a perfect size for us with 7 adults and 2 children. We also had plenty space to have other family come over and join us for meals. Was a beautiful location, with amazing views. Having such a special place made celebrating my Māmā’s 50th all the more memorable.

Excellent location

Family ages 8 months to 87 years old and it was the perfect location. House was nice and warm plenty of room for us all. Neighbourhood was peaceful and we had a lovely view of the lake. If we needed a home again of this size I would definitely rebook.
