Gorgeous family Bach in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Lake with lots of room for everyone over two levels. Wi-Fi and Linen are also included for your convenience.
This family home is spread over two levels with the living, bathroom and three of the bedrooms on one floor with two further bedrooms and another bathroom on the lower level, off the *garage. Perfect for the whole family that wants to get away from the city.
The home has Five bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Size Bed • Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Size Bed • Bedroom 5: 1 Queen Size Bed
The lounge opens out to the views from the large bi-fold doors onto a roomy deck looking out over Little Acacia Bay, and from French doors to the sheltered rear deck with a BBQ and more outdoor furniture. The living area has a large heat pump and seating options plus Wi-Fi is included.
The open plan kitchen has all the mod-cos and there is a large dining setting perfect for catching up with family.
The section is large with ample parking for cars and boats, and the boat ramp is a mere 150 meters from the house. The garage is not available for parking
Larte café and ceramic/gift shop just a few minutes drive away and there are many lovely bush walks and bike tracks nearby.
Highchair and cot are available for use at the property
A small outside dog may be allowed by negotiation at this property but please be aware it is not fenced.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

The location was superb for a relaxing time away.Pity we didn't take our boat as boat ramp literally at bottom of street.Spent each day swimming in the lake.
A magic spot with beautiful views and the ability to watch the day go by. Great upstairs/ downstairs set up for children separation. A few little niggles with replenishing supplies of key essentials and clarity of where key information was. ie. no reference to rubbish in manual or arrival information.

This was the second time our extended family stayed at this property and it was once again really good. Lots of space, lovely deck and close to the lake. A very enjoyable stay.
House is a great size for an extended family gathering in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views. Ample off street parking. Well appointed kitchen. In need of some repairs and a deep clean as reported to host.

Relaxed stay
Well located in a quiet location with a gorgeous view of the lake, the property was the perfect choice for my partners birthday to chill out with friends and family. Loads of space, handy to Taupo and heaps of parking.
A well equipped house in a lovely location close to the lake.
A great getaway with our young adult children - plenty of privacy because of number of bedrooms, and great communal space. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice views of lake and easy walk down to nice little beach.
