This large 302sqm property has been designed to give guests plenty of space, and areas to spread out and relax. The entire home consists of the main house, and the upstairs self-contained loft – all of which you will have to yourself.

The main house has 3 Bedrooms, main living area, kitchen/dining, 2 Bathrooms including the master suite with its own ensuite and sitting/reading area. The upstairs self-contained loft has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Living area, and kitchenette. The loft would be ideal for a couple, small family, the grandparents or teens.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x King Bed (Master suite with ensuite & private deck)
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2x Singles (these can be made together as a King)
Bedroom 4: 1x King Bed (can be split into 2x Singles) and 1x Double fold-out Sofa Bed which is only suitable for 1 - 2 children, or 1 adult only.
If you require the beds to be split or put together, or if you require the sofa bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.

The outdoor fireplace is not operational.
The property is not fully-fenced and there is a steep part of the section near one of the decks which you will need to be mindful of with young children.
Strictly no parties, events or loud groups permitted. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours.
