We had an amazing 13 night stay at the beach house. We all absolutely loved the house, it was clean, well themed and well maintained. It was centrally located to all parks and a short distance to grocery stores and shopping. We loved being able to travel with our puppies and the house was a perfect fit. The pool and hot tub were awesome after a long day at the parks. We are already thinking about our trip next year and will absolutely book this house again!

Nice quiet getaway

Came here for a short getaway during the pandemic. The house was nice and clean and well stocked. The decor was a cute beach theme. The neighborhood was very quiet, so it was relaxing. Location is convenient to Disney, but it wasn’t open yet. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the hot tub jets off so contacted the owners and got a prompt response. The rest of my stay went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Getaway that was an unforgettable vacation

From the moment we saw the this listing for a vacation stay we knew this was meant to be and boy did it not disappoint. Yvonne and John were so accommodating from the first time we asked for a quote to stay in their amazing home. They even welcomed our extra guest who we never leave home without, our furry little family member with open arms. When we arrived after many hours of travel, we opened the doors and we just knew we were going to have an amazing time. The pictures do not even do it justice. The days proved just that. We were close to everything all the parks, great restaurants, and even grocery stores. I feel like every thing we did was just within 5 to 20 minutes and that meant a lot to us considering we did so much driving. We had a handicap family member and Yvonne helped us to get the equipment needed. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress free all the way. Outside of our activities outside the house it was nice to come back to a great pool and even relax in the jacuzzi along with playing games in the game room. Shuffleboard was our favorite for sure. The back yard AKA pool area was an amazing oasis. You had privacy, a beautiful pool, nice patio, and even a spot to sit and a great area for the family to kick back and relax and enjoy the sun. This vacation was an unforgettable one and appreciate you allowing us to enjoy your beautiful vacation home. Thank you for everything!

Slice of Paradise? Almost......

Everything was as described except that it just needs a good refreshing since this was property was probably listed. It wasn't as clean as it could have been in our opinion. Some cleanliness issues with the bedding, and behind the toilet in the master bathroom. For what we paid, not including the VRBO fees, we feel this residence should have been in a cleaner state upon our arrival. Nothing too outrageous, but definitely one of concern. The hot tub was fantastic!!! But there are cleanliness (neighbor pet?) issues in the main pool area especially around the fencing. There is an opening on the back side of the pool area to other properties and one morning there was a yellow dried-up puddle along the fence in our pool area. Then two days later, another yellow area along a different part of the fence. Our dog is female so she does not pee on fences and I monitored her every action. We never brought her out there anyway. The pool furniture is older and starting to crack around the frame supports. Every time we sat in the chairs, I was afraid they would crack further or possibly break. The "required" door alarm from the house to the pool area was frustrating to operate. We never did figure out how to properly keep it from activating each time we went out to the pool. We tried pressing it before, during, and after we opened the door, and it still went off. Maybe our expectations were too high, I don't know... But having always used VRBO, we have been spoiled.

Lovely house and great owners

We had a great week at this house. The beach theme was fun, and we appreciated the Mickey touches as well. The owners were very responsive and came immediately to help us when needed. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard and using the pool and hot tub. Lots of fun!!

Great house

This being our first time renting a house in Florida it was a great experience. The area is great, a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. The weather was great so we enjoyed the pool everyday. The house is very nice, fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely come back. Disney Beach House was amazing!

We have never spent a long period of time in Florida, let alone used someone elses’ home. It was AMAZING! The pool was so relaxing after a long day of exploring. The tiki room was used for those football games that you just can’t miss ;) and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Only a short ride to Disney and Universal. Depending on which park you chose; you were right in the middle. We were sad to leave and will absolutely be coming back to stay in the Disney Beach House!

Fun time at Disney Beach House!!

The house was nice and had everything we needed. This house was close to I4 so we got around Orlando easily. Disney was just around the corner. The pool was nice, my kids would have rather stayed in the pool then go to Disney. Only downside and why we are rating a 3 is that the sheets were not changed or cleaned before our arrival. We pulled the sheets back in the master and they were filthy. There was dog hair all over them and you could see marks on the sheets. Before we could go to sleep that night I had to strip all of the beds and wash the sheets. This is the only negative the rest of the house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. I think we pay a large cleaning fee so the sheets should be changed and it’s just gross if they are not.

In 1999 , after vacationing in florida many times, I moved from the UK to set up a vacation rental company to help families looking for alternative accommodations from hotel rooms.
I set up a company called Loyalty Vacation Homes and innovatively started doing things differently
I was the very first rental home to have a fun name rather than a street address, and I saw the potential to utilize garages ( that were hardly used in rental homes) and turned them into game rooms. At first they were kind of basic, I put in pinball machines and pool tables.
It wasn’t long before I was managing 120 homes for owners and offering excellent accommodation for guests
In 2018, it was time for me to retire , now John and I concentrate on just our handful of homes , all in the same neighborhood and we strive to make them as perfect as we can
Over the years we have improved our homes and game rooms immensely
I understand the need for quality when going on vacation and we try our hardest to keep our homes up to date and as comfortable as possible .
We live in the same neighborhood and are very hands on. We are always in the homes making sure they are the best they can be. When you book with us , we are here for you whenever you need us. We have an excellent cleaning crew who assist us
We reinvest our money into our homes , and it shows
We’re always looking for newer things to add so that you will be impressed
I enjoy home makeovers and have a lot of fun theming our homes. My latest project is the 50s diner theme in one of our homes

We chose this area as it is one of the closest sub divisions to Disney , with no end of shopping and restaurants very close by.

Why they chose this property

Our sub division is one of the closest to Disney . It is not a gated community but very safe and pretty to walk around. We have a Community pool, tennis and pickleball court and a children’s play area. A great place to walk doggies too
