Renovated suite in Fernwood House. You will love this modern ground floor one bedroom! There is a large kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher and a dining table for four. The bathroom boasts heated tile floor, a tub/shower, vanity and toilet. The living room is furnished with a three seater couch, a lounge chair, a small desk and an electric fireplace. Curl up and read a book, watch the Smart TV or sit and work. At night enjoy the Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed. Note: bedroom carpet, bedroom dresser, couch and desk are new in September 2022. Note: We are licensed for Non-Transient Accommodation and have a one month minimum stay. A small discount is available for stays of six months or longer.

• Camosun College is a 15-20 minute walk.

We love spending time outdoors and travelling. Our main base is in Vancouver but we also spend time with our family in Victoria and at our home on Mayne Island. Most of our rental properties are long term but we are pleased to offer this unit for shorter term rentals. We have two fully furnished suites in Fernwood House available for 3-12 month rentals. Why they chose this property
In 2016 we purchased the six-unit Fernwood House in Victoria so we would have a place to stay when we are on Vancouver Island. The Ferwood area has a great vibe and we love walking up to the Koffi Cafe for a coffee or to the Fernwood Inn for dinner. We have just renovated and furnished this unit for rentals of 3-12 months. We have stayed at many VRBO properties around the world and know that you will enjoy this great central location in Victoria.
