Nestled in a leafy, peaceful backstreet, this seaside retreat is brimming with style and comfort offering a spacious and family-friendly design flowing out to a large deck with a BBQ and ample space for al fresco dining. The home is flooded in natural light and boasts an indoor fireplace and central cooling to keep you comfortable year round. Drive five minutes to soak up the sun at Rye Beach or check out the region’s notable attractions such as Peninsula Hot Springs, wineries and golf courses.
In the coastal town of Rye, this classic beach shack offers the perfect holiday home for those travelling with the family. It’s close to the town’s pretty foreshore, with picnic areas, playgrounds and walking tracks, and a safe, sandy beach to cool off during the summer.

Brimming with natural light, the house offers plenty of space to come together. It’s been stylishly furnished with linen sofas fronting an internal fireplace and TV. There’s a large dining table inside along with alfresco seating on the deck. Cook up a feast on the BBQ, making the most of the region’s notable gourmet produce. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave and coffee machine so you can enjoy slow mornings at home.

In the evening retreat to three immaculately presented bedrooms. Two are fitted with queen-sized beds and beautifully styled with photography and plush linens. The third bedroom is ideal for kids with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four in total. The house comes with plenty of books and toys as well as a trampoline out the back ensuring hours of entertainment. A modest bathroom offers a bathtub and shower with a separate toilet creating privacy for those in a group. Guests will also have access to a laundry beneath the house with a washing machine and dryer.
