Just a 12-minute stroll to the serene Koonya Ocean Beach and a four-minute drive to Sorrento Beach and Sullivan Bay, this coastal stay has all you need for a laidback family holiday. Offering a generous entertainers deck and living area, kick back on the sofa with a movie lighting up the fireplace to keep cosy, cook up some local produce in the fully-equipped kitchen, or retreat to your lush backyard where you can fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy casual meals at home on the undercover patio.
This cosy yet expansive home has everything you'll need for a comfortable and carefree stay while you discover the natural beauty of the Mornington Peninsula. Guests are greeted by a light and airy, open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fireplace and air-conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. Make the most of the sea breezes by opening the doors out to the large undercover deck, where a table seating eight overlooks the pet-friendly yard and garden.

When you're not down at the beach or sampling local cafes, cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen and choose to eat at the breakfast bar or around the large indoor dining table. At the end of the day, a comfy sofa and armchairs in the lounge area offer the perfect spot to settle in with a board game or your favourite Netflix series.

The master bedroom features a queen bed while the second bedroom offers two single beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed and single on top, perfect for those travelling with children.

The master features a neat full ensuite with shower, while the main bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination should guests wish to indulge in a relaxing soak. For the group's convenience, the main toilet is separate and is found in the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

There are two free parking spots available in the driveway.

Sorrento Front Beach and Koonya Ocean Beach are both located within a few minutes' drive or leisurely stroll, while the foreshore offers plenty of relaxing picnic areas and BBQ facilities as well as cafes and takeaway shops.

For an adventurous day out, head to Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that provides sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne. The base is 20 minutes' drive, and at the summit you can enjoy a coffee on the deck while you take in the sights.

Other nearby attractions include Peninsula Hot Springs and the surrounding wineries, all within easy reach of Koonya Beach Bungalow.
