Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom unit in the heart of St Heliers, a peaceful beachside haven that promises a unique and relaxing experience. Our lovely place is resting on the upper level, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding and making lasting memories.

Take a leisurely walk along the shore, breathe in the salty sea air, and soak up the beachy vibes that make this location so special.

No parties, functions or gatherings of any kind. Only paying guests permitted on the property at ANYTIME.

This property is surrounded by quiet family homes with children who enjoy quiet evenings. Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
No exceptions.

Driveway Rules:
No Parking or No Stopping in the
shared driveway at anytime. The driveway is Tow Away Zone.

Vehicles can be collected from Auckland Towing. Towing fees are to be paid by the vehicle owner directly to Auckland Towing.

Or to have a vehicle removed that is blocking your access please call Auckland Towing.

***We are open to having small pets stay in our properties but please talk to us BEFORE booking.*** We love having pets stay with us but we have some rules you will need to agree and accept first to help us protect our landlords property and our relationship with our neighbours. And we don’t charge extra for your pet unless you break our rules.

Please read and accept if you are ok with the following: Pet Rules; you agree to clean up after your pet, this includes but not limited to all poo and hair after your pet. You'll also be responsible for any and full replacement for any damage they cause, either intentionally or carelessly. This may include professional shampooing of carpet or in extreme cases carpet replacement if we can not remove the smell of pet urine or poo in the carpet. Your pet must remain quiet, if we receive a noise complaint we reserve the right to cancel your stay with immediate notice.

Only pre-approved pets permitted on the property at any time. Please keep your pet within the house site. Please reply with “We accept the pet rules” and we will approve your booking. Thank you. We have had lots of happy pets stay at our properties without incidents and we are confident you and your pet will enjoy staying at our property too.
