We enjoyed our stay, this property was so clean and welcoming. We enjoyed yhe beauty of this house.. It was very thorough the instructions and how to get around the house. the neighborhood was so quiet and safe..We enjoyed how comfortable and clean the bedding was. The yard is a beautiful.. We would choose this home over and over anytime.. Great job for doing amazing with the description of the property it was exactly how it was stated..

We stayed in July. The hosts were very accommodating with a pack'n play and high chairs for our grandchildren. They even left a few towels specifically for swimming and the beach. The front deck was cool and nice in the morning while the back patio was a relaxing gathering spot in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped, though they could provide a few pans for use in the oven. My only criticism: there were 20 knives in the kitchen and none were sharp enough to cut well. Overall, it's a lovely property in a nice, quiet neighborhood with nearby walking paths and plenty of parking.

Very convenient location. This slept 9 adults very comfortably and furnished well. Plenty of parking space. Has all the basic cooking utensils needed for simple meals. The backyard is great for outdoor cooking/meals an any yard games.

The home was very clean and well furnished. It was in a great location and a short distance to major shopping and dinning. It worked out well for 6 adults and I would definitely consider it for future stays.

Stay was great and check in was seamless! Property owner was very responsive to a few questions we had. Teens & adults loved the pool table! Would definitely stay here again if we are in Reno.

UNR Family Grad Weekend

Eight of us stayed at this property for four nights, and it suited our needs perfectly. It’s situated in a conveniently-located, quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores. There is one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, the master bed and bath upstairs, and an additional three rooms upstairs to share the third bathroom. There is plenty of room to hang your clothes or put them in drawers.The backyard has a table and chairs that are perfect for taking in the nice weather. There’s also furniture out on the front deck, a great place for relaxing! Finally, there’s a fantastic walking trail that begins just next to the property. Be sure to check it out!There were a couple of small issues we encountered during our stay, and the property manager was completely accommodating. Great responsiveness. Finally, the only thing that could make this property even better would be additional convenience items in the kitchen, such as: measuring cups and spoons, cookie sheets, vegetable peeler, chip clips and more spatulas. Overall, this place was a perfect place for our family to spend the week, and I would highly recommend it!

Wish I could give a 5 to this property. There were so many positives, but a couple of negatives make a bit less than perfect.Pros: Bedroom & bathroom space are great. Beds were comfy. Easily accommodated our family of eight adults and 4 kids. Dining room has a great table with lots of chairs and bench seating. Backyard is small, but very useable for gaming. Cornhole game is broken. Bring your own yard games. Great table seating in the backyard and nice seating for hanging out on the front porch. The garage is a wonderful bonus and plenty of driveway and street parking. Neighborhood is quiet and very accessible to grocery and shopping. Cons: Furniture layout is weird. The “family room” has a huge, L shaped sofa, It is awkwardly placed by the too-narrow sliding door, making it difficult to get in and out. The pool table in the living room might be desirable for some groups, but we would rather have had a couch and some comfy chairs for additional hanging out space. The bedding is a very odd mix of non-matching stuff. The pillows were stuffed shams with pillowcases covering them. The kitchen has horrible knives that won’t cut anything. Enough dishes and glassware and decent appliances, but no baking ware, cookie sheets or serving platters. Cupboards were really poorly organized . We had to do lots of searching. And my pet peeve, only 1 dish towel. We all agreed, it was surface clean, but not so great under beds and couch cushions. It needs a good deep clean!

Place was very nice, easy to get to, easy to access, overall process was very smooth. Kid's loved the monster truck bed. Had to cut stay short due to some sickness in the family but the days we did spend there were great.

Great house for our family to celebrate my son’s graduation from UNR. Plenty of rooms, great backyard (and porch) set up. Pool table was great for adult kids, and loved the cornhole yard game. Couple of suggestions, nothing too critical. Downstairs bedroom bed is too high for older people. Would be much better with no box springs, as not needed for that bed anyway. Some extra blankets would be handy, & full length mirror somewhere in the house. Beds were comfy, but pillows were a bit too firm for most. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay again!
