Overall good stay not very clean

Stay was nice the home is nice but there were parts that were dirty. One of the beds had dirty sheets. The pool area had torn up floaties that were wet and gross. And could have used another couple of dish pods for this longer stay. My kid loved the Mickey room and slept with both each night. The bathroom outlets seem to have an issue working as well.

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and that your child loved the Mickey room — that always makes us smile. We’re sorry to hear there were some cleanliness concerns. We’ll be sure to review this with our cleaning team to ensure everything meets our standards moving forward. Regarding the dish pods, we do mention in the rental agreement that we provide only a starter supply, but we appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration for future stays. We’ll also have our maintenance team check the bathroom outlets right away to ensure everything is working properly. Thanks again for your helpful comments — we hope to welcome you back in the future!

Excellent!

The townhouse was very clean, spacious, and beautiful! We had no issues. I loved how nicely it was decorated with a very modern look. We did not use the pool during our stay, but it was quite small. However, we did make use of the waterpark which was very nice. The owners do provide some soap for washing dishes and even for doing a couple of loads of laundry. They provided one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, which is typical in a vacation rental. There are towels, but no washcloths so remember to bring your own if you want them. The kitchen had most of what you would need for cooking as far as pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Overall, I was very pleased with this rental!
