About this property
Hamptons vibe. Iconic Village, Train, Beach, Bars/Restaurants a 5 Minute walk!
Family sized with plenty of spaces to spread out and relax. 5 Minutes to everything that Sandringham has to offer. Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Train station (direct line and easy ride to the City of Melbourne), parks and beautiful Sandringham beach.
5 double sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple living areas and plenty of outdoor space, including under cover entertaining area.
Home includes: air conditioning, heating, barbecue/grill, appliances (toaster, kettle, sandwich press, air-fryer etc), linen, towels/ beach towels, hairdryers and smart TVs.
No hens/bachelor parties. Need consideration for our neighbours and so ask that no parties and no post 11pm loud music.
Pet friendly with conditions. No pets on furniture, beds or within carpeted areas. Plenty of safe and enjoyable space for animals outdoors (including amazing parks within walking distance).
