Pas de problème l'annonce est conforme, l'appartement est bien agencé. Les propriétaires sont gentil et ponctuels pour la remise des clés et pour le départ. La résidence est fermé et le parking est en garage donc moins de chaleur pour la voiture, ce qui est top! La piscine est très agréable, prévoir un boxer de bain car short homme non accepté (ce qui est logique). Les plages les plus proches sont sable galet et rocher dans l'eau. En marchant un peu une petite plage de sable est accessible. Accès au centre de Saint Raphaël à 4km environ. Très difficile de se garer proches des marchés (Agay, Fréjus, Saint Raphaêl) sauf Boulouris qui est proche de la résidence.

Appartement bien équipé côté électroménager.Balcon juste au-dessus de la route avec bruits de moteurs incessants et pollution. Table de terrasse inadaptée car trop grande et fauteuils inconfortables.Bien situé à proximité gare, lignes de bus, petits commerces restauration et restaurants. Pas de plage de sable fin à proximité.

Tres bon sejour

Nous avons etait accueillis merveilleusement bien. Merci a ce couple de retraités. D autre part propriete calme avec piscine et la mer au bas de l imeuble vraiment 2 minutes en main. Commerce proches. Pas loin du centre et de frejus. Pas mal d activites a faire sur place.

Bonjour, Nous voulions passer des vacances en bordure de mer et cette appartement est très bien situé. De plus, la résidence est très calme et quant à l'appartement, rien à dire, il y a tout ce qu'il pour cuisiner et se sentir comme chez soi. Il est très bien entretenu. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Merci à eux.

Une semaine fin octobre

L'appartement est superbement bien placé pour aller à la plage, son équipement très correct pour un séjour de vacances. Très calme. Qualité de l'accueil et du suivi du séjour très appréciée. Après échange avec les charmants propriétaires, ces derniers ont compris qu'il ne fallait pas compter sur le ménage des sortants les yeux fermés. Nous y retournerions volontiers. MB

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. L appartement est bien situé à proximité de l Estérel et proche des plages. Le balcon est bien exposé, au soleil le matin et à l ombre l après midi. Nous avons aussi apprécié la climatisation et la piscine. . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
