Downstairs, an elegantly furnished living area with high ceilings and polished floorboards is complete with a sofa and armchair to spend leisurely afternoons reading a book or catching up on your favourite Netflix series. A seamless flow carries through to the dining and kitchen area, where you’ll find all you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Eat around the six-seater table or head to the private backyard, where an undercover outdoor setting is perfect for making the most of warmer days. Portable Dyson hot and cold fans keep temperatures comfortable year round.

Four light and airy bedrooms sleep eight guests, three with queen-size beds – two upstairs and one downstairs – while one upstairs bedroom has two king singles. Doors from the first bedroom open out to a cosy terrace balcony where you can sip your morning cuppa while you watch the world go by below. Also upstairs is the stylish, contemporary bathroom, immaculately appointed with a basin, mirror, overhead shower and a bathtub where you can indulge in a soak to end the day.
