Enjoyed Our Stay

Nice place for a family to stay while in Tucson. Well maintained, very clean with comfortable beds. The neighborhood was very quiet and we all slept well every night. You can go anywhere in Tucson from this location in a few minutes.

Fantastic time!

Came into town with the family to help our daughter move into a new rental for her final year at the U of A. The house perfectly fit our needs. Very spacious, comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again. Plus the hosts were very nice and highly accommodating.

Very clean and Cozy

Home was very clean and had all the extras, ie TP, paper towels, coffee etc. Living area was small but can fit 5-6 comfortable. Lots of bedrooms for guests and family. Hosts made sure they reached out prior to the trip with details.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood

Extremely well equipped home, professionally decorated, and squeaky clean. We enjoyed all of the retro touches and felt very much "at home". Backyard and patio was great and we really appreciated the outdoor furniture and gas grill. Communication with property management and owner was prompt and flawless. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to Reid Park.

Great Stay!!!!

We had a great stay. Just as we wanted. Hassle free. They even called and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. If ever in Tucson again, will definitely book with them again.Thank you sooo much for the experience. This was our first time booking like this and it was enjoyable. Probably never renting at a hotel again.

Overall comfortable home for a stay in Tucson

The home met the needs of our group of 5 very well. Though the home is not huge, it was quite comfortable, with 4 bedrooms allowing everyone to have their own space (including one couple in the primary bedroom). The living and kitchen spaces are in the center of the home and comfortable, and the house itself was in an overall decent neighborhood that seemed fairly central to most places we wanted to go.The only negative aspect of the home - and the owner let us know about this in advance of our stay - is that the primary bathroom has some quirks. To get hot water to the shower, it's best to turn on both the sink and the shower, which takes a few minutes. Even then the shower water is not super hot. The shower itself is almost nearly impossible to shower in given it's tiny size. I am an average male and could not comfortably shower in the space. Just something to be aware of for larger people that may not have the option of showering in the other bathroom (which has a normal shower/bath).Overall, we enjoyed the home and would stay again.

Rest, relaxation, and good vibes

The visit to Tucson was memorable because of this warm and inviting home. It was clean and very pleasing to the eye because of the color combinations and style of the house. It felt like Home. It was very comfortable and we were all able to rest. The host left snacks, coffee, detergent, shampoo, and so on....there is a grill in the back! Even my cousin's pets were happy! Everyone wants to return to this home in Tucson.

Girls Birthday Trip

This property did not disappoint! The house was warm and welcoming. The kitchen area was open and roomy for everyone to sit and chat. I loved the 4 bedrooms because everyone had enough space to sleep and get ready for activities in peace. The back yard has a sail cover and was great at night to relax with my friends. The hosts were incredible and were available if needed. I will definitely be staying there again!

Christmas 2024

The host and management company were quite welcoming and personable. The house is lovely with a nice size yard. The little "hints" (i.e. how to get how water quicker) were very helpful. You do need to look at the mattress in the primary bedroom. One side completely sinks down. Everyone had a great time.

Cozy home

Small little home with the essentials. Not too big but not too small as well, great for a quick trip to town. Only issue I had was with how tiny the master bedroom shower was. I can't imagine anyone over 5'6 being comfortable at all in there. Aside from that, the property owner was courteous and the home met all my expectations.
