BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It has access to local channels as well. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The driveway can fit up to 1 car. Additional curb parking on the nature strip.
GARDENING: Gardening is scheduled every 4 weeks, weather permitting, and completed when the garden can be accessed without a key—always ensuring guest comfort and privacy.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

**No Smoking | No Pets** This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only** Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome** Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters** We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.

Once inside it is wonderful
From the kerb it looks like a cross between a building site and the entrance to a prison, when you are inside the house its very nice, clean and tidy. More towels would be nice, and way less rules/regulations. I also didn't like a reminder of those rules sent to me by txt the day before leaving and the almost demanding way of requesting that I put the bins out and get them back in before leaving.
