Your serene family hideaway situated in the perfect central location to the river.

A four bedroom, two bathroom home, Sanctuary 33 offers a spacious living area with a generous dining table, bench seating and a large modular couch.
A stunning central fireplace creates the perfect ambiance on the those wintery nights with an additional reverse cycle to keep you comfy all year around, plus free wifi and super-sized TV to keep everyone entertained.
Recently renovated this home has polished concrete, newly laid carpet, crisp white walls & luxurious soft furnishings throughout. The layout is ideally suited to a family with the master suite positioned at one end, with your own ensuite, walk in robe and external access.
The living space divides the home and at the other end you find another 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A lovely deep bath creates the perfect spot to rest your weary bones after a day of adventure and a separate toilet and laundry adds that extra bit of convenience.
Each bedroom has an overhead fan for added comfort in the warmer months and a central reverse cycle & wood fire to keep the heart of the home super cosy.
