Spend your morning on the back porch overlooking the ocean with your favorite cup of coffee. The location is convenient to local sights and attractions. This Duck Key vacation rental overlooks ocean waters so clear and pristine you can see the bottom. Villa 5043 has been recently refurbished with space for the entire family. Make gourmet meals in the full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen. The only regret will be that you didn't stay longer.




Please note that slip space is not included. Grassy Key Marina is located just 2.2 miles from Duck Key for launching your boat, trailer parking, wet slips, fishing pole rentals, and live or frozen bait. Additional costs apply.




Although our rental homes are located at Hawks Cay, the Village at Hawks Cay Villas & Duck Key Condos by KeysCaribbean are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Our guests do not have access to hotel-owned amenities. Duck Key amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, Calm Waters Spa and Fitness Center (available to spa patrons), Dolphin Connection, tennis, private cruises, fishing charters, and boat rentals. There are a variety of water sports equipment rentals and charters available at Solé Watersports which operates out of Hawks Cay Marina. Their activities include kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunset cruises, and day-trips to local sand bars.

Carpet and upholstered furniture needs updating. Worn and makes it look dirty. Problems with smoke detectors first night but timely response by maintenance. Great location. Safe and easy to get around. Management checked on appropriately.

Water View

Enjoyed the location, grounds and view, however, there were many issues with the property that should have been addressed before we rented. Lighting, plumbing, a worn out sofa, and regular maintenance. Addressing such issues during our rental stay would have been intrusive.
