Easy check in and check out, good Wi-Fi, very nice location on the river. Shops, restaurants, coffee, and the beach all within a few minutes walk. Apartment was clean and spacious, well-maintained and very comfortable. The balcony was nice to sit on.

The property was comfortable and clean with all the kitchen amenities! The location is excellent. We were able to walk to the downtown as well as the pier area. It was easy to check in and access the property.

Lovely spot

Nice Getaway

Close access to everything--shorter walk to the beach, a bit further down from inner lake/pier strip--but each location has its benefits. Nicely decorated, new feel. Massive master bedroom2nd bedroom--2nd bunk bed not ideal for adults (squeaky, metal frame--makes noise with every turn), but would be awesome for a family with smaller kids. Not a deal breaker at all. Board games availableEasy walk to downtown or down to lake/pier area.

This properry was beautiful and was locsted in a great location. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the master bathroom shower was dirty. It had alot of that orange pink colored build up and black mold. You could tell it had not been scrubbed in forever. Loose hair and dirt was also in the shower it was one of the most gross showers ive used in a long time.There are 2 bathrooms though so use the guest shower it was much cleaner.

Perfect location!

This property is close to all the beautiful views, parks & everything water related. It’s like being near the ocean. Shops & restaurants are in walking distance. The building is impeccable & the condo has plenty of room.

Nice place, great location.

Very nice place with a great location near the water and downtown. Couldn't figure out the bedroom TV remotes was the only downfall. Never got it to work. Main TV in living room no problem.

Great place. Great location. Loved walking to the lake Michigan sunrises 4 minutes away. So glad we did not stay at American Club. Only 8 minutes away. Close to all golf but half the price.

Great place to stay

A really lovely place to stay within walking distance of the rather lovely downtown with great restaurants and the beautiful pier area. Property was really well set out and incredibly comfy. The balcony did have distant views of the lake although it overlooked a rather busy road that led to the pier area. We knew about this before arriving so it did not spoil our stay - indeed we rather enjoyed watching the cars, trucks and bikes go past. Overall a great stay - we would come again.
