Great cottage tucked away from the bustle of Framingham, but still a quick walk to the village green. Lovely surroundings and nice facilities. Second floor ceiling is not very high but we fit just fine.

Delightful cottage stay.

Our two-week stay at this amazing cottage was a truly relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The cottage was perfect, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. It was cozy and impeccably clean; and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Barry’s hospitality was exceptional. He ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We left feeling completely refreshed and cannot wait to return when we are back in the area.

We stayed here while in the area for the World Cup and some college visits. Overall an extremely nice stay and the hosts were all extremely friendly.The only even potentially negative thing I might have has to do with the air conditioning. We visited during a hot spell and the house has window air conditioners in the two bedrooms and one in the living room. These were all working on overdrive to try to keep the house at a reasonable temperature. If visiting during a time period when heat may be a factor, especially if you are like our family that likes the inside of the house cool (we like 68-69F), this might be an issue. Could potentially be time to upgrade the window AC units and move to larger models, especially in the living room.

The coolest thing about this cottage is that it's located in a fairly busy metro hub, yet it's tucked away on 5 Private acres. It's highly unusual, and guests just LOVE it.

What makes this property unique

There really isn't another little guest house around like this one. having spent years in real estate and hospitality, our rentals seem to fit a niche that makes guests feel right at home, You will find lots of little details, well equiped spaces and comfortable sheets, blankets and qulity towels.
