Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Great location to the mountain and access to bus ride to mountain and town. Not a long walk to hot tub and perfect size condo for my family. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Perfect
This condo is just as described. It is perfectly located for walking to all of the downtown restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids enjoyed the huge pool and water park down the road at the recreation center. The condo is beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities to make our stay amazing. Bonus points for the heated garage parking with a reserved spot.

Great Experience!
Winter Park Escapes did a great job of making sure everything was clean and well-stocked prior to our arrival. The condo was comfortable and the layout was functional and there is a ski storage locker accessed from the indoor parking area. The location was a short drive to skiing and numerous restaurants. The location also allows you to walk to a number of shops/places to eat. Overall our experience was great!
This condo was exactly as described, brand new, very clean, good amenities, comfy beds, perfect location. We did not utilize the hot tub, etc. Everything was in walking distance including the bus stop. The garage was such a great add - tight spot for a larger SUV though, be prepared to back in. Kitchen, baths, everything was well equipped. Only suggestion for the general building is better way finding in general. There is one map at the elevator, and otherwise almost no signage directing to specific rooms. It was also confusing to find the stair doors from both inside and outside, and the building exterior signage is absolute minimal. Other thing, and this is no fault of the owners, but the builders grossly under built on the sound insulation. I swore there was a herd of 5 year olds upstairs doing parkour gymnastics.Otherwise worked well for our group (2 adults 3 teenagers).
