This cosy family shack is Situated in popular side of town. With the house been high side of Goolwa Beach you will get to enjoy great views from the balcony.
This property features two bedroom, bathroom, laundry and open plan living / dining with TV, DVD and kitchen opening to the balcony to enjoy those views and plenty room for the family to kick the ball around.

Master room offering Queen size bed with ceiling fan and access to balcony.
Second bedroom offers Queen size bed with single bunk bed.
Kitchen features u shape bench offering a breakfast bar with 3 chairs, with plenty of crockery and cutlery.
There is plenty of space for the kids to run around down stair, upstairs to balcony you have seating for the family and bbq.
All of this and just a 4 minute drive to the Cockle Train Station, 5 minutes to Goolwa Beach, 5 minutes to South Lakes Golf Course and 5 minute to the Pubs and Cafes of Goolwa.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

Short get away in Goolwa Beach

We really enjoyed our three nights in this very tidy and well-presented property. little bit further away from the beach than we thought but for us that did not matter. very clean BBQ was clean, and the overall package is great. Check in could be made easier with a safe at the property but besides that it was reasonable price, and we had a great time and will be back at a later date.
