Great place to stay

I highly rate this place a 5, even though,1) there was an awful, awful smell in the hallway of the 4th floor and 2) there was uncovered food left in the fridge. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The location was perfect, being in the heart of downtown near lots of restaurants and close enough to the mall and other small shops.

The property was wonderful. The neighborhood was sketchy. Loud! The only improvement I would suggest is blackout curtains on the windows.

Chic unit - great pickleball tournament lodging

This was our relaxing, happy space after a long day of tournament pickleball. The unit is as advertised. Our mid-week stay was relaxing. The property manager was responsive. We found the Roku TV set to be a minor annoyance. there shouldn’t be a login process to watch basic tv

This was a subpar experience - I tried to bring up some concerns with the property manager and they just stopped answering. Pros:Location is great for downtown maconWalking distance from shops and restaurants Easy check in and check outCons:Broken furniture - the chairs to the kitchen table are mostly brokenProvided record player that's brokenFridge is very loudWashing machine struts are broken so very loud tooProvided basic body wash and hair stuff but the containers were empty. Unclean apt - unswept floors and washcloths left in the corner of the room. Poor communicationNo parking - there's a monthly garage across the street so they could've parking but want you to park on the street and pay.Overall, seems to be a corporate company running this and no one cares about the customer. Just there to provide nothing and make money.

I loved how spacious the place was and very modern. As for parking it was very rare we got parking close to the building most times we would park like 2 mins away apart from that it felt safe and the people around were friendly.
