Perfect spot! We could walk to the square and enjoy the great restaurants. The farmers market was huge. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Great for a sisters getaway. Would stay here again.

was more spacious than expected and so close to downtown! One thing to note is that it is a shared driveway so there is minimal parking for extra vehicles now that the public parking across the street is a park. Appreciated the laundry pods and dish soap to help us keep things running!

This is the 2nd or 3rd time we’ve stayed here. The check-in and out process was simple and the place was clean. The location can’t be beat if you’re looking to ride bikes or walk to the square.

Simple, clean cottage as advertised. Came into Bentonville and only had bikes for transportation. The garage was perfect to store them at night and the place is literally a block off of the square making for easy access to everything you need.

Great spot in a great location

Perfect sized house for a family of four, and a block away from downtown Bentonville. It's a short ride to the Slaughter Pen trail system, and has a garage for bike storage.

Great Place!

Great location within walking distance to downtown and a short ride to all of the trails. The rental was clean and in a great neighborhood. This has turned into my go to spot when I stay in Bentonville.

Perfect Bentonville square location

We were in town for the half marathon. The location was within walking distance of the square and lots of places to eat. We were very pleased with the location and house.
