This property has plenty of space for everyone! Centrally located, this home is also on the streetcar line for easy and affordable transportation all around the city. The beautiful open floorplan features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dreamy sunroom & fully stocked kitchen. This large property is complete with a large laundry room & whimsical back yard, and it's only a short 5min drive to the downtown area or a quick streetcar ride.
All bedrooms have Comphy Brand Spa Quality Linens and the three bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

(This home is directly on the Endymion Mardi Gras Parade Route. Endymion is the largest parade of all of Mardi Gras and takes place Saturday night of Mardi Gras weekend. We are also located directly on the Canal Street Car line.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property with a huge backyard perfect for family outings, or just enjoying the sun in a private setting. Great for out door games and group activities.
The Neighborhood:
Mid City is incredible central to everything New Orleans. Just take the street car that is directly in front of the home to get to downtown, the french quarter, uptown, cemetairies and city park!
Getting Around:
This property is located directly in front of the streetcar line! Go to city park, or go to the French Quarter in a breeze!
Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device required by the city of New Orleans for all STRS called a "Minut". The device is located in the living room and cannot be removed from the wall.

The house was very clean and perfectly located. The hosts were easy to reach, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. I would definitely stay there again.
The pool was terrific. The location was so convenient to restaurants and street car to quarter. The host was great and very responsive ! We had a great time !
We had the most amazing time at this property for my bachelorette trip!! The bedrooms were gorgeous and spacious and the bathrooms were so clean! The living room was the perfect place to do our games with the giant U shaped couch! Fit all of my 10 party people! Plenty of space for decor and even has the most gorgeous sunroom that leads to the pool! Short uber ride to the French quarter and right on the trolley stop! 10/10 would stay here again!!

Super convenient location; close to tourist locations and SUNO where we attended graduation. Plenty of food, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery within 5-10 min drive. Clean, modern fresh remodel. Comfortable beds, bedding, We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and backyard. Off street parking. Downside: Traffic/ trolley noise in the front bedroom (The other rooms very quiet, slept well); Open crawl space under house should be closed off. Stray cats around the property, did not bother us or spoil our enjoyment of outdoor spaces except you had to watch your step for their excrement on lawn areas. In conclusion, Beautiful comfortable interior and pool, property management was very friendly and responsive. I would stay there again.
Host was amazing went above and beyond. House was great and in a nice safe place. Private driveway for parking is a huge plus for this house. Definitely recommend.

We drive our daughter back to college to have her car there and chose this home to stay until we flew home. Very clean and spacious after a few hotel nights and being in car for 16 hours. Highly recommend
This house was great for a multi-generation get together. Lots of room to enjoy time together. Plenty of bedrooms to be able to relax! Right on the street car line. The manager gave me a list of restaurants to try & we enjoyed all of the suggestions. It was great to be able to drive to the city & have a place to keep our vehicles while we used oublic transportation to get around.

The location is outstanding- especially with the streetcar right outside. It was very easy to get between all the places we wanted to go, least of which was the Quarter. The size of the house was perfect for our group which included an infant and a tween. Unfortunately, there is only dining seating for 4 (in a rental that sleeps 8), not a single hook or towel bar in any of the bathrooms, and the kitchen was missing some needed items like potholders. Plenty of bath linens, comfortable beds, parking was not an issue. I would totally rent this house again.
Streetcar access was a huge plus, the property was nice with adequate furniture and plenty of space for everyone- minor details are probably still being worked on (no towel bars in any of the bathrooms). The backyard did not feel safe but there was plenty of room inside.
