Heated pool was Amazing! Having the golf cart was great especially since the location is great! Close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Also, we enjoyed the private beach access that came with the accommodations. Quiet & quaint community. Highly recommend and will stay there again!

Amazing stay

We loved staying here. The beach access was just a short walk away. The golf cart was great we toke a ride every night. The only thing it needs is bigger pans for cooking.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful family trip at this property! It was in a great location to restaurants and shops, and having the golf cart was very helpful for getting our four kids and items to the beach quickly. The pool and backyard area was beautiful and so relaxing when the kids needed a break from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. :)

Close to Everything!

We were excited about how close this home is to so many things! You can walk to the beach, the stores, and to several restaurants. We were happy that our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided us with local recommendations and things to do in the area. The house was clean, modern, and very comfortable!

Great pool house

We had a very nice stay at this house. The backyard, with the private pool, was such a nice place to relax with plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very nicely updated and clean. The house is located on a quiet street with easy access to the beach right up the road a block or so. Patrix was friendly and responsive to work with. Will stay here again.

Great Pool!

Such an amazing private pool! The backyard is like a private oasis and was very modern and very nice. The house is cozy and updated and clean. The beach is so close, it’s just outside the neighborhood and a quick stroll from a few restaurants and the outlet mall too. Communication was great with the hosts. Will be coming back for sure!

Our wonderful stay in Emerald Cove at Seaspray

Our stay in Emerald Cove at Seaspray was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The home was beautiful, functional, clean & the location was just right! So close to everything we needed. The neighbor’s were awesome! The private pool and the cute back yard was so welcoming. The use of the golf cart to go to the beach, stores & shops was an awesome addition to our stay!! We will definitely come back to this location!! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great rental!

This place was really nice, we have stayed in this neighborhood before and our last place had a golf cart which is a must but this place had the pool which the last one didn't..we have decided that is a must also with kids/teens. It listed a crockpot and we didn't find one when prepping for our next days meal but when I asked about it they brought a brand new one the very next morning.

October Vacay with Family

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was wonderful to have a private pool at the home. The golf cart helped very much to go to the beach!!! You asked for ways to improve I would say the mattresses need to be updated. Not a comfortable night of sleep. We did have to go out and purchase a cookie sheet to be able to make A few things. Overall a very good stay!!

Hi Becky, thank you for the feedback. We would have been happy to replace the cookie sheet while you were here. We sometimes do not know when those things go missing but we do have a team ready to assist. I am surprised about the mattress, we typically get great feedback from them but I will definitely look into it. We look forward to hosting you gain in the future. The Team at Travel Life Vacations

The pool was great!

The house was nice. Unfortunately the master bedroom has a bed so high, I could barely get into the bed. It was also very uncomfortable. There was stuff in the closet. My daughter’s bedroom did not have a functioning remote control, so she was not able to watch tv. There are 2 trash bags and some toilet paper provided. You have to go buy your own. You are allowed 2 towels per person. No towels to dry off for the pool. There are no amenities, so take packets of things to use. A new picnic table outside would have been great. There was a ton of paint flaking off in chunks. The clean up fee was a little high, considering you had a list of things to do to clean when you left.

Hi Kerri, I am so sorry that you had anything less than a 5 star experience. We take your feedback seriously and will look at replacing the bed immediately. Whenever you run into issues, we prefer you to let us know so we can get it fixed ASAP for you, like the TV remote or any furniture. We try to be very specific in the listing description so that you know exactly what to expect in the home when you arrive. In the future if there's anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable, please let us know so we can handle that for you! The Team at Travel Life Vacations

This is our 4th time staying in the area and renting a house, first time at this house. Overall this property was very nice and we would recommend 100%. The communication with the property manager was stellar. We had a small issue with the door handle that was addressed the same day. Very responsive. The mattresses were by far the most comfortable we’ve had in a rental. The pool was our favorite, with the tanning ledge being a huge win for our teenage daughter who always has UV maximization top of mind. The golf cart and location to park it near the beach for easy private access was also a huge win. The only dings for us were that the prior renters must have had a large dog and the waste was left by them (would have expected the renters to clean it but if they didn’t, would expect the property management to check/clean it before next renter). The location of the home is near the wastewater treatment facility and depending on the day/direction of the wind, we could smell sewage but it was only a few times, and not like all day. Definitely not enough to deter us from renting this property again. The frame of the master bed needs some attention, the middle supports slid out and we had to keep lifting the mattress and straightening them, and the golf cart mirrors were very loose. Again, minor things I’m sure they will correct quickly. We just wanted a peaceful week and did not raise these issues as to not have to be tied to the property for repairs. Thanks for a great week!

Thank you for the review, Amber. We are glad that you enjoyed the home and its amenities. We have reached out to the golf cart company to have the mirrors looked at. We do apologize that the cleaners missed the waste left outside. We have addressed it with them. Our service team has taken care of the other issues. We appreciate the feedback and are glad that you were happy with our communication. Sincerely, The Team at Travel Life Vacations
