The townhome is in a prime part of the Hotel Zone (in front of the Ritz Carlton Hotel) which is considered the heart of Cancun, lined with all-inclusive resorts, international restaurants, brand-name shopping & sandy beaches. Nearby you’ll find:
- Vibrant outdoor shopping malls like Luxury Avenue and La Isla with tons of global & high-end brand-named shops, world-renowned restaurants, an aquarium, the Sol de Cancun Observation Wheel & more!

Getting Around:
The townhome is 17.8 km/11 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) -- about a 19-20-min drive.

When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there is a reserved spot for one vehicle for your convenience. Some of the best restaurants and attractions are within walking distance but in Cancun it’s best to have a rental car as it’s very large and spread out. If you have sightseeing or activity further away and you don’t want to drive you could go by taxi, bus or by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans).

Other Things to Note:
It’s a 2-story townhouse so guests will need to climb stairs to access the home.

- We provide a few basic essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like some soap, shampoo, toilet paper and trash bags in the bins. But please note, these items are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase some.

- Water pressure in the area is not always great due to the high minerals contained in the water in this region. We take measures to clean the showerheads and more during every cleaning, but we point this out in advance as it’s a frequently asked question. There is, however, hot water! Just please be a little patient, It just takes a few minutes to heat up.

- Please note that your rental includes 50Kw of electricity consumption per night, if exceeded an extra fee applies. On arrival and departure, a meter reading will be recorded and any additional consumption will be charged at the current rate.

- There’s no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, one can be arranged for an additional fee.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only. Please note that there is a security camera in place on the terrace.

- The 3 on-site pools are shared with 18 other homes in the complex.

- The property is located right in front of the Ritz Carlton Resort, open for non-residents.

- Expect to see Iguanas roaming around the grounds! They may startle you when they scurry past but we assure you they are NOT dangerous. Iguanas are native to our area and protected by law and as long as you don’t agitate them they will carry on without bothering you.

- Long-term stays are allowed and there are plenty of laptop-friendly workspaces in the home making it great for the remote worker to work and live in paradise!

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but if you have any questions or concerns we’re available 7 days a week 8 am until midnight! Just send us a message via the booking platform you used to make your reservation.
