Located just 200 metres from the Pumicestone Passage and Fraser Park and only 250 metres from Golden Beach shops, cafes, take aways and IGA, this lovely unit is in a very convenient location for you to park the car and walk everywhere you need for a relaxing holiday.

This two bedroom unit is located on the ground floor level and is part of a two-storey property, however you have complete private access in and out of the property. This 2 bedroom unit will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in a Queen and 2 singles and is also pet friendly (inside and outside however no cats please) with a large yard for your furry friends to enjoy. The lovely sunroom at the front of the property is a great added feature and perfect to read a book and let the day pass by.
Located in a quiet street, making you feel away from the business of town, yet close enough to be in the hustle and bustle within only a few minutes stroll.
