It is located in a quiet street, feeling away from the business of town, yet close enough to be in the hustle and bustle within only a few minutes drive.

The interior is a neutral modern style with a fully self contained kitchen including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto Coffee Pod machine (BYO pods), spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath tub, Free Wi-Fi, Google TV with Chromecast, air-conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The property is fully screened with security mesh. The unit is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs (only 1 small lip to walk up when entering the unit).

There is a washing machine and clothes airer, but no dryer, however there is a clothes line in the yard.

The parking is on-street.
