Kings Beach area! Just a leisurely 3-minute stroll from the patrolled
beach, abundant dining options, playgrounds, and more, this
charming beach house is perfectly placed to elevate your holiday
experience.

Ideal for families, this cozy property boasts three bedrooms, a
lounge room, a separate dining room, an older-style bathroom and
kitchen, and a downstairs laundry. We provide all the personal linen
and have added thoughtful touches throughout for your
convenience.

Your furry friends are welcome to join in the fun as well this is a
pet-friendly property with a fully fenced yard. Let the kids or your
four-legged companions explore without a care!

The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Single bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x bunk beds

- Off-street parking in the driveway (fits 1 vehicle, possibly 2
depending on size), with additional on-street parking available.

*Please note that the garage is not available for guests.

and a new vanity.

- Original style, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances (fridge,
stove top, oven and microwave no dishwasher). Plenty of cupboard
space for your goodies, and all new crockery, cutlery, and
glassware. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper all provided.

- A delightful, good-sized deck with table and chairs, overlooking the
spacious backyard adorned with charming fairy lights.

- Washing machine located under the house (in an older section).

- No dryer, but there's a full-length clothesline in the backyard and
an air dryer for indoor use.

- A welcoming, light-filled sunroom at the house's entry.

- Pets are welcome outdoors only.

Additional conveniences include an iron, hairdryer, and a great
selection of books and family board games as well as playing cards
and a small selection of toys.

This holiday haven is within walking distance to relaxed dining
options, children's playgrounds, parklands, pools, and the
picturesque coastal pathway. It serves as the perfect base to
explore all that the beautiful Sunshine Coast has to offer!
