This lovely home has vaulted ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, and has recently been renovated in tasteful, neutral colors, The open concept kitchen features quartz counters, an island with bar stools, and stainless steel appliances. A large great room with 76" TV is ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The front of the house features a dining room and also sitting/music listening area. There are three spacious bedrooms, the Primary has an ensuite with a large, walk in shower.
The backyard features a large pool, new artificial turf, patio chairs, couch and coffee tables, dining table, sun loungers, palm trees, and solar lights.
This house is located in the quiet community of Garden Lakes, a desert oasis in the west Phoenix valley. The area is perfect for morning walks, with a large park and lakes close by.
It is only a short drive to a large selection of restaurants, shopping centers, Costco, State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment district, Tanger Outlets, baseball spring training ,Cardinals Football, and NASCAR. Golfing and Hiking trails are also nearby. The home is ideally located close to highway 10 and the 101 and is
approx. 20 minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
There is also shuttle bus (WEbus), which you book online for $1 or $2 per person to many locations within a certain distance .

The house was lovely as described. Fraser was a phone call away, if needed. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who enjoys a well equipped kitchen, spacious gathering spaces and heated pool.

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful weeks in this home. The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The kitchen was very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The heated pool was awesome! Fraser was a very gracious host and responded qoto our needs.

Just what we needed!

House is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, not much traffic noise; felt safe yet close to grocery and eateries. Kitchen stocked with all the items you may need. Nice lounging backyard with pool. Owner was responsive and great to work with.

Beatiful home! Clean and comfortable. Mostly (almost total) private backyard. 2 story home next door but never saw anyone out on the balcony and they would only be able to see a small corner of the backyard due to the beautiful vegetation around the block wall. Heated pool, just ask ahead. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Worked perfect for us!Location and area are great! Quiet neighborhood. There are parks beside the lake for picnics just a short walk away. Quick access to I10 and 101 hwys. Would definately stay there again!

Exactly what I was looking for!

I used to own a property in the Phoenix area and hadnt been back in years. My adult son and I rented this beautiful house for a week in Feb 2025 to go golfing and we were not disappointed. The location is great with easy access to any place you need to go, including several golf courses within minutes, a short drive to the airport and plenty of restaraunts and shopping close by. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Fraser (Host) was amazing to deal with, and was always very quick to respond. We will definitely keep Fraser's place in mind for our next trip to Avondale!!

We purchased this beautiful, fully renovated home in Avondale to stay during some of the winter months, and are offering our lovely home as a short term rental when we aren't there. We have thoroughly enjoyed the weather, pool and local activities. We are new to the short term rental business, but have been involved in long term rentals for over 40 years. We are just starting out in the short term market so we have only a few reviews,(all 5/5) however we pledge to make your stay smooth and comfortable. Our goal is to earn 5 star reviews from all of our guests!

Why they chose this property

Before purchasing this home we researched all of greater Phoenix area, and found Avondale to have many positive attributes. Sky Harbor Airport is just a short Uber ride away . Quiet neighborhood, which is unique, with many small lakes, attractions, golf, shopping
( including costco) and restaurants close by. Truly a wonderful place to vacation!

What makes this property unique

This is an excellent value, for a large newly furnished home in a quiet residential area with over 20 small lakes. We are looking to establish our property as a first class destination and are offering reasonable rates depending on the time of year, with a 25% discount for each 28 day rental . If you require heat for the pool there will be an extra charge of $20 per day, for up to 8 hour/day of heater use. ($2.50/hour after 8 hours in the day)
