Tucked away in Quail Rise, a really quiet neighbourhood, but only 5 mins drive from Queenstown International Airport.

Modern spacious home and outdoor living spaces, with outdoor spa, bbq area, multiple garden and lawn areas.

Access to walking and cycling network from the front door.

Queenstown Central/Five Mile shopping area only 3 mins drive away or 10 mins on the bike, 20 mins walking.

10 mins drive to Queenstown CBD and 2 min walk to the bus stop accessing the local bus network to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Frankton and most places in between.

There are amazing views of the mountains in all directions.

Four good sized bedrooms. 2 are set up for adults and 2 are set up for kids.

The master room is big and private. It has a king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. And it opens onto the deck with the spa.

The second bedroom is spacious and has a queen bed. The two kids rooms have 2 single beds in one and 1 single bed in the other.

The living spaces are also large with 2 lounge areas, a dining area that accesses the patio and BBQ area and a large open plan kitchen.

A wonderful stay.

Amazing views of snow capped mountains from every window. A warm fireplace and a relaxing outdoor spa. Friendly hosts and contactable. Quiet neighbourhood close to beautiful walks. Within a very easy and short drive to Queenstown centre. Clean and tidy, plenty of fire wood and room for everyone.
