Let us take your breath away with this spacious 3BR/3BA beach front condo.

Upon entering you will notice the large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony.

The complete kitchen has beautiful dark granite throughout and even has an ice maker so you will never have to endure a lukewarm beverage. The living room comes complete with a big screen HDTV with DVD and Bluray Player.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a sitting area, Flat Screen TV, and beautiful views. The adjoining private bath has a jetted tub, double sinks, and separate shower.

The first guest bedroom has Queen Sized Bed & a Twin size bed, a ceiling fan, and Flat Screen TV. The adjoining bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the living room and offers a combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has a King Size Bed and Flat Screen TV. The private adjoining bath has a combination tub/shower.

The balcony of this second floor unit spans the length of the condo and offers Gulf and poolside views. 

Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.

We really enjoyed staying at your condo! The view was beautiful! The private beach was nice and the pool was a lot of fun as well. Neither were crowded and everyone we encountered were so kind. We liked how clean and convenient the condo was. You even thought of the little things, like labeling light switches and extra power strips by the bed to charge all of our things. The beach chairs were awesome as well! The three bedrooms with each having their own bathroom was super helpful and gave the kids their own private spaces.
