What an amazing place! This was my second stay and it definitely won't be my last. The space is beautiful inside an out (whether it's sunny or stormy), light, airy and immaculately clean while still being extremely comfortable and cozy. The hosts clearly pay attention to detail and have most everything you would need or want for comfort readily available. In addition the the amazing space, Brandon the host, was so helpful and easy to communicate with (and very generous in arranging both an early check-in and late check-out.) This place is the epitome of 5 stars!

Quiet Ocean Retreat

This Ocean cottage was quiet and in a beautiful spot. Not over crowded. It was well equipped in the kitchen, so we were able to have Christmas dinner with family. The hot tub was great, and being on the deck made it very convenient. So enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, perfect beachfront property! We stayed here on off-season in October to do a clam dig. The beach was amazing and right outside the home! After being out in the cold and rain it was awesome to come sit in the hot tub! We will definitely rebook next year:)))

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. One thing to note, there is a TV in the living space. We contacted Evolve, and were told the only TV was in the Master bedroom - not true. The home was amazing...front and center with the ocean, and pretty much had everything we could ever ask for. I would certainly return!

Amazing property!!

Location is perfect! Beach is a maybe a 1-2 minute walk with an easy path. House was clean and fully equipped. Very pet friendly. Owners were attentive and easy to reach out to. Make sure you turn on WiFi calling as cell signal is weak, but internet is awesome and had no issues once we switched on WiFi calling. Seabrooke and Ocean Shores are close by for food and shopping. If you have ever wanted to find a perfect sand dollar while beach combing, this is the place. You can’t miss them. Loved this home and are planning a return trip already. Don’t wait on this one, book it! You won’t regret it!

Had a fabulous several days at this beachfront house. You can’t get any closer to the water and the view is fantastic! The house itself is very pretty. Beds were super comfortable and everything was supplied that you could possibly need. Enjoyed a really nice sunny first day and then some rainy/stormy days. It even hailed the night before checkout! Loved it! Wish my schedule would’ve allowed for another day as some really high winds were due in and I love a good coastal storm! I will definitely be back. My only regret is not knowing that Robert was selling the property. I would’ve loved to buy this place! The perfect beach getaway!

Ideal beach home

Spent a week in this lovely home. It was just about perfect! Modern but comfortable, and found everything we needed. Pretty cool August so didn’t need the a/c, but did run the heat a bit in the mornings to warm up the house. Took us a day to realize the door windows slide down to become screens (d’oh!). Seabrook is only 10 minutes away - great for a little shopping/restaurants/groceries. Also went to Ocean Crest for dimner 1 night (would not recommend). No reason to leave this great home though. Highlights: daily beach walks, birdwatching (so many pelicans!), even saw some deer on the beach and some porpoises. Recommend: adding a mirror somewhere in the home (only has the small bathroom vanity mirrors), and a bit more outdoor furniture on the decks - at least some small tables.

IKEA Beach House

Nice updated home with great views of the beach as well as a convenient private beach path. Checking in was easy, the home was well furnished - comfy bed and nice sized master bath. It’s also a short drive to Seabrook, for a day of exploring. The few things that would have made my stay a solid 5 was, the heating system seemed off. Despite turning up the heat, the downstairs seemed very drafty, while the upstairs was a sauna - a working fireplace would have been nice. The knives were super cheap which made it challenging to prepare meals. My guest and I found dirt and pet hair on and under some of the furniture. Additionally, response time from the property manager could use some improvement. I inquired about a later checkout time and never received a response.
