Great place! Perfect for our needs to visit extended family in the area and already have plans to stay again! The driveway is rough but this was well explained in description.

We'll be back!
The house was clean and updated. It was close to Dauphin Island, and Mobile. Just a short drive to many other places. We loved how secluded and serene the location is. Sometimes its nice to be close to the beach without the chaos of a tourist town! We will be back to this house!

Awesome
Our trip went smooth and there wasn't anything that wasn't already provided. I will be booking again for sure.
House was great and Harmonee was so nice and responsive to everyone of our questions, the only downfall was the dirt road getting to the house which was very ruddy and muddy. I do not believe this is to any fault to the property and it definitely didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

Hidden retreat
We had a very gracious host. Perfect location for spring getaway to Bellingrath gardens. Easy drive to Dauphin Island. Bring some cards or board games to enjoy with family. Fabulous comfy couch. Driveway was rough with spring rains. Glad we had SUV
Wonderful break for the holidays. Safe and so very comfortable. A quiet place just a short drive from the beach. Mom loved the large bedrooms and how bright everything was. My sisters (the cooks) truly enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Thumbs up for the towels and linens. My dog inspected the entire outdoor area. A local orange cat made visit!
House was great, location was great. The only issue is the driveway. The road to the house is not paved and has extremely large holes/ruts. If it’s muddy, you could get stuck. That is the only drawback, otherwise the property is great!
This was a perfect plaxmce for us to land after a.long day of fishing. I do have a complaint. No salt and no ice maker. But somehow we persevered.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Inside of home was clean and amenities laid out were cute. The description and location of the property is VERY misleading, as there is a run down house and broken down vehicle in the front yard. There is a HUGE pothole in the driveway, along with other potholes. Cinderblocks line one side of the driveway and there’s a tree line on the other side, so there’s no way to navigate around the potholes.
Clean remote house with gorgeous yard and no outdoor furniture
The house was clean and roomy, the furniture was mostly new and comfortable. The yard was huge and pretty, with big trees and singing birds, however, there was no outdoor furniture so we couldn't enjoy the outdoors. Still, our dog absolutely loved the outside. The property felt remote and without many conveniences around, but this could be a great place to relax, had there been at least some outdoor chairs. We had to navigate around several huge mud holes on the driveway and I was happy we drove an SUV.

Hi Nadia, we appreciate your feedback, and we are committed to providing an excellent experience for our guests. Here are some insights from the homeowner:-We are currently in the process of enhancing the outdoor amenities by adding side furniture and a barbecue. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we are dedicated to continuously improving our guests' experience.-Regarding the driveway, we want to clarify that we do not own it; however, we have right-of-way access. We are actively collaborating with our neighbors to address this issue. It's worth noting that previous guests have driven on it with cars and vans without significant difficulty, although puddles may form during rainy periods.-In terms of local conveniences, there are numerous amenities within a short ten to fifteen-minute drive, including grocery stores and restaurants. However, it's important to note that the listing explicitly states that the property is secluded, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of urban life.We sincerely value your feedback and hope to continue offering a pleasant experience for future guests. Thank you for choosing our property.
